MAP/DIRECTIONS

The Transitions Skin Care Clinic is easy to reach from anywhere! We are a couple of blocks south of Burleigh on 117th Street and a few minutes Northwest of Mayfair Mall. From HWY 45, or Mayfair Road, go West on Burleigh. Turn Left onto 119th Street. Follow the curve, 119th Street becomes 117th Street. The Transitions Skin Care Clinic is on the left, just past the Open Hearth Restaurant, and across the street from the Bowlero.

Tue., Wed. and Thu. 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sat. 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
